As a freelance violinist, she has performed with prestigious ensembles such as the Alma Mahler Philharmonic and the Webern Chamber Philharmonic. Her dual role as a musician and coach provides her with a unique perspective on the pressures and challenges faced by artists in the industry.

In addition to her coaching and performing career, Veronika is an esteemed university lecturer. She conducts master-level seminars in psychology, focusing on topics such as "Motivation and Self-Regulation in the Context of Expert Performance" and "Motivation and Self-Regulation for the Road to Excellence."
