While on tour with the Rock Horror Show, I spoke to Ryan Goscinski who plays the role of Rocky in this very famous musical with music, lyrics and book by Richard O'Brien. This version of the musical that is currently touring in Germany is done with a fusion between a rock concert and a musical. “It maintained its following because it played such an important role in making people who maybe felt different at the time, feel more comfortable about who they are and more proud of who they are. “ He is talking about the important message of this musical and that music has a powerful way of communicating. Ryan is talking about his training at the Royal ballet school in Richmond Park as a young boy from York, and how this training shaped his young life and formed friendships that still lasts after all this time.
