Moments in Lockdown with Matthew Ball, Principal Dancer at the Royal Ballet.
Principal dancer of the Royal Ballet, Matthew Ball talks about his time in Lockdown and how things like yoga and meditation were some of the tools he used to help him during this time. He also explains that is is also important to try and create some magic during streaming because so many more people are watching these performances but that live performances, with the give and take of the dancers and the audience could never be replaced.
Matthew also gives some insight into how art is valued in London but also in Liverpool where he grew up.
