Pianist Jeffrey Biegel is talking about how he got involved the recording of the critical edition of Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue. For Jeffrey this edition is almost history correcting itself. Because of the University of Michigan Gershwin initiative , Dr Ryan Banagale's Harvard dissertation about the original scores of the Rhapsody in Blue, the original version of this very famous music was played and recorded by Jeffrey Biegel and the Adrian Symphony with conductor Bruce Anthony Kiesling.
