"You need to make sure that you know all the ins and outs of flying." says Jacques Pienaar who is a commercial Pilot. "You don't get experience just when you're flying, you need to do some homework behind the scenes as well. You need to be current all the time so that you don't miss out on anything or forget anything, so you must make sure that you are on top of your game. I think that's the biggest motivational thing within aviation." Jacques is talking about what it takes to become a Pilot and how he is working towards building up enough flying hours to get his Airline transport licence. He gives some insight into his training as a pilot and how he got his current job which is beneficial for him in obtaining experience also on the ground.
